There are a variety of bug out bags or backpacks available for anywhere from $50 – $300, depending on what you want to get.

I would recommend getting one with a variety of compartments, some outside straps and something for hydration.

Make sure your bug out bag is a STURDY pack that will withstand wear and tear, such as being bounced around in the trunk of you car, or tossed from corner to corner.

When it comes to bug out food, there are several options we can choose to go with.

If you are living on a small (or big) farm, then your survival plan is probably in place to a large extent as you will have a garden and animals for bug out food…

In fact, many folks living on a farm do not need a bug out plan at all!

But for the majority of people, living on a farm is not an option so a bugout bag or bugout plan is a MUST, and included in that plan there needs to be bug out food.
